A. As a company, we take adequate measures to source material of optimum grade and follow standard manufacturing process. However In order to safeguard the customers interest the company offers a one year replaceable warranty on every furniture item against any manufacturing defects.
Q. Do I get to choose my finishes?
A. If you want your home custom designed, our design team will run you through an extensive library of finishes to choose from. If you are selecting any loose items from our library you can choose from the available options. The company offers a large range of variety for items in its library as well.
Q. When do I pay for my furniture and how much do I pay?
A. To begin the process we charge you a small amount of Rs. 10,000/- as professional engagement charges which are adjusted against your final invoice.
Based on your design finalization, you will be furnished with a final quote upon which the payment will have to be made as follows.
70% advance along with the Purchase Order
20% prior to dispatch
10% after satisfactory installation and handing over
Q. What if the furniture is damaged in transit?
A. Damage occurs frequently in large furniture items. We do not transport the large items as whole. The components are assembled at site. Post installation there is a joint check with the client and the installation team leaves only on the client signing the handover form.
Q. What is time frame for the delivery?
A. Loose Items chosen from our library can be delivered in a period of 7-15 days depending on the quantity and size. For custom designed furniture the company delivers the components in 21-30 days and 7-15 days for installation and finishing.
